These terms govern your use of the Executive Signature Services (“ESS,” “we,” “us”) website, our SMS messaging program, and, together with any written quote or engagement agreement we send you, our fractional executive assistant services.

Site content is for general information. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. We may update or remove content without notice. Do not misuse the site (including scraping, probing, or submitting malicious content).
Services
ESS provides fractional executive assistant and back-office support on an hourly, project, or retainer basis as described on our Services page and confirmed in writing before work begins. Discovery calls are free and do not create an engagement until you accept a quote or statement of work.
SMS messaging program
Program name: Executive Signature Services SMS Alerts.
Program description: By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Executive Signature Services at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, discovery-call follow-ups, service updates, and related business communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Opt-out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number from which you receive our messages. After you send STOP, we will send an SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Help (HELP): If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at office@executive-ss.com or (502) 208-7090.
Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change over time.
Privacy: How we handle mobile numbers and messaging consent is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Age restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS messaging program.
Quotes & payment
Pricing, scope, and timelines are set in the quote or agreement for your engagement. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. Late or unpaid balances may pause work until resolved.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information and timely access to tools, people, and materials needed for the work
- Keep account credentials under your control and grant only the access required
- Review deliverables and decisions that require your approval
- Ensure you have the right to share materials you give us
Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential. Engagements typically include a mutual NDA. We will not use your bids, client lists, financials, or similar materials except to perform the agreed work or as required by law.
Cancellation
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, Concierge retainers are month-to-month and may be canceled with 15 days’ notice. Hourly and project work may be stopped by either party; you remain responsible for work already performed and non-cancelable third-party costs you approved.
No employment relationship
ESS acts as an independent contractor. Nothing on this site or in an engagement creates an employment, partnership, or joint-venture relationship unless a signed agreement expressly says so.
Disclaimers
Services and the website are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (including wins, revenue, or collections). You remain responsible for final business, legal, and financial decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability arising from website use or an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in courts located in Kentucky, unless a signed engagement agreement specifies otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes to an active paid engagement will be confirmed in writing.
