- How is this different from hiring a full-time office manager?
- You get senior-level support without the salary, benefits, PTO, or downtime. We flex up and down with your workload — busy season vs. slow week — and you only pay for time used.
- Do you understand construction, or is this a generic VA service?
- We work almost exclusively with contractors and trade businesses. Change orders, lien waivers, permit renewals, sub coordination, and AR follow-up on retention are all familiar territory.
- How does pricing work?
- Advisor is hourly. Partner is hourly or fixed project fee. Concierge is a monthly retainer sized to the scope. You get a written quote before any work starts — no surprise invoices.
- Is there a long-term contract?
- No. Concierge retainers are month-to-month. Cancel with 15 days' notice. We'd rather earn the next month than lock you in.
- How do you handle confidentiality?
- Every engagement includes a mutual NDA. Your bids, client list, financials, and vendor relationships stay yours. We use encrypted password sharing and follow least-privilege access.
- What tools do you work in?
- We meet you where you already work: QuickBooks, Buildertrend, Procore, JobTread, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Housecall Pro, and most common CRMs. If your stack is on paper, we can help you upgrade — or leave it alone.
- How fast can you start?
- Discovery call this week, scope and quote within 48 hours, first tasks handed off inside 5 business days for most engagements.
- Where are you based?
- US-based, working with contractors across the country. All communication happens over phone, text, and email — whatever's easiest for you.
