This policy explains how Executive Signature Services (“ESS,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use our website, contact us, or opt in to our SMS messaging program.
What we collect

- SMS opt-in / opt-out status and related messaging consent records
- Email, phone, or text communications you send us directly
- Basic technical data browsers send automatically (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) when our hosting or analytics tools log traffic
How we use it
We use this information to:
- Respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls
- Provide, quote, and manage fractional EA services
- Send service-related messages you consent to (email, phone, and/or SMS)
- Improve our website and prevent spam or abuse
We do not sell your personal information.
SMS / text messaging
If you opt in to receive texts from Executive Signature Services, we may send messages about appointment reminders, scheduling, service updates, and related business communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to operate our business — for example, our email delivery provider (Resend), website host, and messaging platform providers used to deliver SMS you opted into (such as Twilio via GoHighLevel). Those providers process data on our behalf to provide support services; they are not authorized to use your mobile number for their own marketing.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Client work & confidentiality
Business information shared during an engagement is handled under our engagement terms and, where applicable, a mutual NDA. Access is limited to what is needed to do the work.
Retention
Contact-form submissions, SMS consent records, and related correspondence are kept as long as needed to respond, manage a relationship, meet legal or accounting requirements, or resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete inquiry data that is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to retention required for compliance (including proof of SMS consent and opt-out).
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; please avoid sending highly sensitive credentials through the public contact form.
Your choices
Email us at office@executive-ss.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you from website inquiries, subject to legal retention needs. For SMS, reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
